Достала, наконец, мужа и он купил квартиру. Лучше так, но сразу, чем дом, но потом. Стихи получились хехе.

Ох и замануха эта ипотека! У меня подруга взяла в кредит 85 тысяч, мало того, что отдавать и так в два раза больше, так еще уже во время рассчетов пересмотрели договор в одностороннем порядке с увеличением процентной ставки.
